Expand is where your healing becomes your way of living. Not something you explain to prove it’s real. Not a performance for anyone else’s approval.
In Expand, you are grounded in who you are. Your boundaries feel natural. Your joy isn’t fleeting anymore — it’s home. It's about rediscovering joy after healing.
You take up space without asking if it’s okay. You can begin to expand your life to places you never dreamed of. You create, connect, and speak from alignment. And while there’s still room for growth, you no longer feel like you’re “in recovery” — you’re living it.
Here’s how to tend to your mind, body, and soul in Expand so joy remains your baseline.
Mind: Claim Your Space Daily
Even in expansion, doubt can sneak in. To anchor your self-trust:
Start the day with a mantra: “It’s safe to take up space.”
Write down 1 way you embodied your truth that day
If self-doubt rises, ask: “Whose permission am I waiting for?”
Body: Move in Celebration
In earlier phases, movement is often for release or grounding. In Expand, let it be for celebration:
Dance to your favorite song in the morning
Stretch slowly while focusing on what feels good
Walk somewhere beautiful without tracking distance or speed
Soul: Witness Your Joy
In this phase, joy isn’t a rare visitor — but it’s still worth noticing:
Share 1 moment of joy with a trusted friend daily
Keep a “joy jar” — drop in a note each time you feel deeply yourself
Let gratitude be an active practice, not a quiet afterthought
Expand doesn’t mean life is perfect — it means you’re living aligned, even when challenges come. Your joy is no longer a reward you have to earn — it’s the ground you walk on.
In the Expand Phase, progress deepens when you begin reflecting your growth outward — often by Supporting Others.
