✨ DAILY STRETCH TRIO

Do these three stretches once a day, ideally at the same time (morning, midday, or evening):

​

  • OVERHEAD REACH → Stand tall, interlace fingers, and stretch arms overhead. Hold for 20–30 seconds. Lengthens the spine, opens chest.

  • HAMSTRING BEND → Hinge forward at the hips, let arms hang toward the floor. Knees soft. Hold 20–30 seconds. Releases the back line of the body.

  • CHEST OPENER → Clasp hands behind your back, gently press knuckles down and away. Hold 20–30 seconds. Opens shoulders, counters slouching.

💡 Together these hit: spine length, back body release, and heart-opening.
